Easy Peach Guacamole
Easy peach guacamole is a simple, yet dazzling, twist on the typical guacamole.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup diced peaches grilled peaches would be fabulous
- 3 large ripe avocados peeled and mashed
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 small jalapeno pepper seeded and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice about 1 lime
- Garlic powder paprika, salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized serving bowl, serve with tortilla chips and/or use as a burger topper and ENJOY!
