- 2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. fresh sliced strawberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; fold in fresh strawberries.
