THE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 head cauliflower cut into bite sized pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 green onions sliced thin, optional



INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. 
  2. Add the cauliflower pieces to a medium bowl with the olive oil and toss to coat.
  3. Spread the cauliflower out on a baking sheet covered with foil or a Silpat mat. Season with salt and pepper, and roast for about 20-30 minutes or until fork tender.
