Raspberry Ice Cream

They were very resourceful and googled a recipe for raspberry ice cream and found one at AllRecipes.  They even read the comments and saw that people suggested doubling the amount of raspberries called for in the recipe so that’s what they did. I used my Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker.  I love this thing.  It is so easy to use on my kitchen countertop.

THE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

• 4 C fresh raspberries
• 2 C heavy cream make sure it is heavy
• 1 C half and half
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 C sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix together
2. We used a 2 qt. Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker and had a little too much to put the whole thing in the ice cream maker
3. It over flowed a bit
4. Make according to directions on your ice cream maker
