Healthy Greek Yogurt Mousse

This is hands down my new favorite treat. These little mousses take only two ingredients and can be whipped up in literally less than two minutes. And they’re completely healthy.

- 1 cup (8 oz) plain greek yogurt
- 1 .3 oz package sugar-free Jello or pudding
