THE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Flour
- Vegan Chocolate, Optional
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix together peanut butter, maple syrup, and flour until it feels like cookie dough. Put mixture in the freezer for 10 minutes, or until firm.
- Remove from freezer. Form into 1-inch balls. Place onto parchment lined baking sheet. Optional: Drizzle or dunk into melted vegan chocolate.
- Place in refrigerator for 10 minutes, or until chocolate and balls are firm.
